Fulfillment of Orders
We use Printify, a print on demand and drop shipping service, for fulfillment of all orders.
Print on demand is printing process that allows merchants like us to produce printed apparel and products without upfront investment. Unlike traditional screen printing methods where merchants had to purchase products in bulk orders, with print on demand methods, merchants can print singular items or small orders.
Handling Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal. We don’t see, have access or store any credit card information on our servers. By using our services you also agree to the Stripe and PayPal privacy policies.
Cancellations | Refunds | Returns
Because of the nature of print on demand, products are produced to order and are therefore non-refundable.
Once an order is in production, the order can no longer be cancelled, changed or edited as the item may have been created. So please choose carefully.
By default, we only offer reprints or replacements for faulty orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement a refund will be provided.
If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You alone are in charge of entering the right information.
If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact us directly and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements are at no cost for you.
If you have received a different item than you ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs may vary depending on Print Provider and destination. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
How long does it take to ship products?
The majority of products are printed and shipped 2-7 days from the order submission date.
Orders are sent to production only after payment for orders is received. We use a variety of companies around the globe for a print on demand products. Your location, the location of our provider and the shipping method available are all factors that influence shipping times so it is difficult to provide an estimate of when you will receive your purchase.
Holidays and high volume seasons may cause production times to be slower than the listed average.
Why is my products colour different than the mockup on the screen?
Product mockups are digital renderings of files, and are not guarantees of final products.
Our print provider partners are not all the same. They may use different printer technology and printing methods. Even if they are printing on the same garments and using the same printer technology, each print provider will have performed their own unique tests to achieve their desired color output.
What personal information do you collect? How do you use our personal information?
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Set up your account for our store

- Improve our store offerings

- If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
